The service

Wandlet rewrites text you select: you pick an action, the selected text goes to a third-party AI provider, and the result comes back and replaces your selection. What happens to that text is set out in the Privacy policy.

Your account

Signing in is optional and uses your Google or GitHub account. There is no password. What happens under your account is your responsibility — don't share it, and don't use someone else's. You can use Wandlet without an account; without one there are no credits, so a small daily allowance per device applies instead.

Acceptable use

• Nothing unlawful, and nothing you have no right to process.
• Don't try to break the service, overload it, or work around its limits.
• Don't try to obtain credits you have not been granted or bought.

Your content

The text you transform stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run it: sending it to the AI provider and returning the result to you. We don't store it and we don't train on it. Don't submit anything you aren't allowed to share with a third-party processor.

Credits

There are no plans. Every feature is available on every account — writing your own actions, sharing them, working with a team, all of it. What you spend is credits.

Running an action costs credits, in proportion to the work it does: a short rewrite costs one credit, a long document or an action that writes far more than you gave it costs more. The price is shown beside the action before you run it. An action that uses no AI costs nothing.

During the beta, every account is topped up to a set number of credits each calendar month, free. It tops up: if you already hold that many, the top-up adds nothing, and credits from the allowance do not build up month to month. This promotion is temporary and will end when the beta ends. We will say so before it does.

You can buy credits at the prices shown on the pricing page. Credits you buy are added to your balance, are never reduced by the monthly top-up, and do not expire. Prices are introductory and can change; a change never affects credits you have already bought.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds and your right to cancel

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase — but that right ends once supply has begun with your consent. When you buy credits you are asked to agree that they are made available at once, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase.

If you have not spent any of the credits from a purchase, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it. Beyond that, we will still look at anything that went wrong on our side — a failed action that took credits, a duplicate charge — and put it right.

Refunding a purchase removes the credits it bought. If you have already spent them, your balance can go negative, and you would need to buy credits again before running further actions.

Teams

You can create a team and share your action packs with it. Members join only by accepting an invitation sent to their email address — nobody is added to a team without agreeing.

When a member runs an action from a pack shared with the team, the credits come from the team's balance, and if that is short, from the team owner's own balance. That is the point of a team: one person pays. If you own a team, you can set a limit on how much each member may spend per month, and you can see how much each has spent. If you join a team, you should expect the owner to see your usage of the team's actions.

VAT

Prices are shown in euro. Where VAT applies to your purchase it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

As is

Wandlet is provided as it is, without warranties. It depends on third parties and can be interrupted, changed or discontinued. A result is a suggestion, not a fact — read it before you send it.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and delete your account from your account page. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Wandlet is provided by ModelStat, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands, trading as Wandlet. These terms are governed by Dutch law — and if you are a consumer, that does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
